Dummy units of the iPhone SE 4 have been leaked ahead of its highly anticipated launch in 2025, revealing two potential models.
The iPhone SE 4 is one of the most awaited releases for 2025 and has been the subject of numerous rumors, with significant upgrades expected. Recently, the Japanese blog Macotakara leaked images of dummy units, showcasing a design that closely resembles the iPhone 14. Interestingly, there is also a larger model speculated to be the iPhone SE 4 “Plus.”
iPhone SE 4 Dummy Units
According to Macotakara’s report, the leaked images indicate that the iPhone SE 4 will feature a similar 6.1-inch display and dimensions (146.7mm x 71.5mm x 7.8mm) as the iPhone 14. The smartphone is expected to have a single rear camera, a mute button (previously rumored to be an Action Button), and a smaller display notch with Face ID, but it will not include the Dynamic Island.
Additionally, a larger model was seen alongside the standard iPhone SE 4. Rumors suggest this could be a “Plus” variant with a 6.7-inch screen; however, it remains uncertain whether Apple will actually release two versions. The report also mentions that the “final precision design and size expansion” have yet to be confirmed, leaving open the possibility that only one model may be released.
iPhone SE 4 Rumors
The iPhone SE 4 is expected to introduce several upgrades in design, features, and specifications. Leaks suggest it could be powered by the A18 chip, currently used in the iPhone 16, and may come with 8GB of RAM, paving the way for enhanced AI capabilities. The single rear camera might also be upgraded from 12MP to a 48MP resolution for improved photo quality. While the launch is anticipated for March 2025, the official release date is still to be confirmed.
